Introduction

The WiZZ.to Travel Guide project is creating an online travel guide for the whole world, with information provided by local organizations who know their area.

We connect local destination websites using maps, making it easy for travelers and tourists to plan their next holiday, vacation or weekend away.

 

We invite tourism and travel related websites to advertise on the WiZZ.to Travel Guide and our partner sites, and support the WiZZ.to project.

WiZZ Ads

Advertising your tourism and travel related website on the WiZZ.to Travel Guide is:

• great value: US$6.95 for six months and only US$12.95 for a whole year.
• easy and simple: fill in our online form and preview before submitting.
• effective: your ad will be permanently displayed on the page of your choice.

Ad details

Sample WiZZ Ad: Main heading. (40 characters) This is the body of your WiZZ Ad. (150 characters) Footer ... (40 characters)

Up to 350 characters in total. Both the Main heading and the Footer are linked to your website. Add extra information for people when they mouseover the Main heading or the Footer (try it). Main heading and footer: 40 characters maximum each. Body of the ad: 150 characters maximum. Mouseover titles: 60 characters maximum each.

WiZZ Ad benefits

• You choose the most relevant page for your ad: advertise on a page where people will actually be looking for your ad.
  Note: If you submit an ad for a page where there is no room for new ads, we will place your ad on the most relevant page we can find. See below for more information.
   
• WiZZ Ads are search engine friendly: they will not only be indexed by our own WiZZ Search, but also by all other search engines crawling and indexing WiZZ.to pages.
   
• WiZZ Ads are suitable for deeplinks: You can link your WiZZ Ad to any page of your website, your ad does not have to be linked to your homepage.
   
• WiZZ.to only accepts a limited amount of ads. See below for more information.
   
• Your ad will be in good company: we only accept ads which are of interest to WiZZ.to visitors. Any payment made for an ad which is rejected will be immediately refunded.
   
• WiZZ Ads are displayed instantly to visitors because they are part of the WiZZ.to page of your choice. They do not need to be downloaded from your website or a third party server.
   
• Your ad is permanently displayed on the page of your choice, it will not be rotated with other ads.
   
• The price of a WiZZ Ad is fixed and predictable, unlike Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising programs which can cost you the same in a day or a week as a WiZZ Ad.
   
• You will not be automatically billed when your ad expires, and we do not keep any of your credit card details. Payments are handled by PayPal.
   
• WiZZ Ads do not use any of your bandwidth.
   
• WiZZ Ads are not susceptible to fraudulent clicks, unlike Pay Per Click (PPC) programs.

Pricing

WiZZ Ads are available

• for 6 months at US$6.95 (convert - popup), or
• for 12 months at US$12.95 (convert - popup).

 

Payments to WiZZ.to are handled by PayPal.
PayPal operates under strict regulations and guarantees that your details will be kept confidential.
They do not share your credit card details with WiZZ.to.

Which pages have ads available?

• WiZZ ads are only available on the WiZZ.to home, continent, country and region pages: for example Europe, Australia or Ontario.
• WiZZ.to only accepts a limited amount of ads: only the right hand column on a country or region page is available for WiZZ Ads, and no more ads will be placed on a page if an ad finishes just above the footer of the page.
   
• WiZZ Ads are not available on
  • WiZZ Partner "More information" pages, for example Kiev in Ukraine.
  • WiZZ Travel Article pages, for example this Australian travel article.
  • WiZZ.to information pages, for example the WiZZ Partnership information page.
