WiZZ Travel Articles - Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions if you

• want to submit an article or photos for a WiZZ Travel Article,
• want to sponsor a WiZZ Travel Article, or
• want to copy and re-use a WiZZ Travel Article.

For authors and photographers.

1. You must own the copyright to your submission, or have permission of the copyright holder to submit their work.
   
   
2. Submit original work only: articles must not have been published anywhere else (including your own website).
    
3. You assign WiZZ.to the right to publish your work, and to make it available to other people in accordance with the policies available on our website. The copyright to the work submitted will remain with the original copyright owner.
    
4. WiZZ.to reserves the right to reject, delete or alter any submission made by you. We will try to contact you when we make any changes.
    
5. We will notify you when we post your submission on our website or make any alterations to it, unless we cannot reach you using the email address you supplied.
    
6. We will delete any of your submissions on your request, if the request is made using the same email address and name used in the original submission, unless the article has been sponsored by a website not related to you.
    
7. We will notify you when your article has been sponsored, and pay US$40 into your nominated Paypal account 60 days after the day your article is sponsored. This delay is to prevent fraudulent sponsorships. (This clause does not apply top self-sponsoring sites).
   

For sponsors.

1. WiZZ.to reserves the right to reject requests to sponsor a WiZZ Travel Article, and to alter any submission made by you. When your sponsorship is not accepted, any payment you made will be refunded in full.
   

For publishers and other article users.

1. You can re-publish WiZZ Travel Articles subject to these conditions:
    
   1. You must acknowledge the rights of the copyright owners by including the complete information about the author, and any information about the photographer, as shown below the article.
       
   2. You must acknowledge any sponsorship by including the details of the website presenting the article if present.
       
   3. You must include the copyright notice as shown below the article.
       
   4. You agree to re-publish the whole article without any changes, including all hyperlinks in the article, to the website presenting the article, and to the copyright notice on WiZZ.to.
       
2. You can use WiZZ Travel Articles for your own use, for example planning a holiday.
